shipping & returns

shipping costs

heeltips.com.au ships within the US and Australia for a flat fee of $US 1.99 per order. We also ship to most other countries for a total fee of $US 5.99 per order.

international orders

Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad.  The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

sales tax & gst

Sales tax is only added to orders shipped to California. The general tax rate for California is 8.25%. GST of 10% is added to orders within Australia.

returns

All products can be returned within 60 days as long as they have not been used or fitted. We will either refund the cost of goods or replace them with the required items as requested.

The customer will have to pay for the postage of the second order by enclosing a stamped envelope.

refused packages

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.
